From the very beginning, Saibaan was mainly engaged with skill enhancement and Capacity Building of the community.
Capacity Building inside the organization as well as outside the organization in the community leads to sustainability and self reliance.
So, Saibaan through all the interventions focusing on Capacity Building of the staff, especially, program staff and communities with whom we are working.
