Saibaan is registered under Societies Act of 1860 and working in NWFP province of Pakistan. Currently, Saibaan has its head office in Mansehra city and field offices in Kounch Valley and Siran Valley of District Mansehra.
Saibaan management has decided to focus on three tehsils, namely, Mansehra, Balakot and Oghi of District Mansehra.
