Human Recourse: Saibaan has a very highly devoted, competent, professional and committed team for the implementation of it projects. Right now total number of its paid staff is 36 and number of volunteers is more then 250. In recent earthquake, volunteers of Saibaan responded quickly in rescue and relief operations in three valleys, Balakot, Siran and kounch of Mansehra district. Saibaan , with the help of these volunteers started its operation from very 1st day. Beside programme staff headed by PMs of respective projects, Saibaan has separate M&E department, Gender Department, Finance department, Logistic and Admin Department. These all departments are responsible for their respective work and reported to ED. Respective Project managers are overall supervising project activities and supported by field staff and Project coordinators. |
